BEN SCHULMAN

Ben Schulman makes cities make sense. He helped launch one of the first real estate equity crowdfunding platforms and has led teams that catalyzed over $500M in development.

He is building TEL, a platform exploring Jewish histories in cityscapes, and founded Good Form, a studio that curates, programs, and develops civic and cultural projects.

His work has been featured in ARCHITECT, Belt, CityLab, and Metropolis. Ben is the Director of Civic Strategies for Chicago-based a5 Branding & Digital and on the Board of Directors of Equiticity and the Progress & Poverty Institute.
